How to cope with symptoms of menopause

Some women enter the menopausal stage at an early or late stage in their lives. No one understands them better but women who are undergoing or showing the same symptoms of menopause. If you are nearing or already in your 40’s and you experience symptoms such as mood swings, depression, loss of libido, headaches, tiredness, irritability, loss of concentration and even crying spells, chances are you are manifesting signs of menopause. But don’t despair. While this life-changing event is inevitable, there are the artificial method to treat the symptoms of menopause (perimenopause and postmenopause) called bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.

Experts said menopause normally results from the decrease in the ovarian production of estrogen, which is the predominant sex hormone in women. Bioidentical hormone, which can be applied orally or injected, replaces the lost hormones.

But other than taking artificial means to maintain one’s youth, women with menopausal symptoms can engage in good exercise and proper nutrition.

In my family my mom and my grandmother both had menopause at a very early age of 30 yrs. Sometime we used to wonder if the same thing might happen to me and my sister, but thank God it didn’t. Its probably the healthy food with proteins and vitamins which my mom makes for us.

I’d rather engage in good exercise and proper diet rather than the artificial means in dealing a menopausal symptoms.

I’m already in my early 40’s and I’m starting to experience some of the symptoms so I’m trying to make some lifestyle changes.
